Packaged Solutions
WebAgencies offers two different "agency storefront" service packages. These packages share the highest quality user interface and access to the best-of-breed affiliate products. They have been designed to meet the business needs of Insurance and Financial Professionals in all stages of business growth. When the time comes to expand the features of your storefront, we offer a complete credit on the setup fee paid for the previously purchased package to move from one level to the next.
Included in all Packages
All service levels include the easy online editing function which allows agents to modify and update their sites at will, plus full access to the libraries of Services, Resources, and Quotes which can be added to your site at will. The look and feel of all sites can be changed to reflect any look within the prescribed template group*. All packages include modifications to include Agency pertinent information on the site homepage and access to online tutorials. Affinity Service Options are priced separately for each package. For MyBenefits websites 20 web pages / company are allocated for each website. All WebAgencies affiliates are entitled to resell affiliate products to earn revenue from the website.
New domain registration charges for the first two years can be purchased with a credit card at www.godaddy.com at their normally published price. If you need assistance registering a domain name, please call us.
All bundle packages can have the option to: add web pages, mail boxes, MyBenefits clients, and one or more affiliate services add to your agency website. Affiliate services like term life quoting tools, individual and small group health benefit quoting tools and various e-insurance and financial service plans. Call to find out about prices for these and our MyBenefits Only option for agents who already have a professional looking website.
All packages require a commitment to a minimum of a 24 month service contract**. Set up fees are non refundable***.

Setup Includes:
Setup Fees include transfer of existing domain name and setup of any/all associated e-mail addresses necessary. Also included is the transfer of existing pertinent information provided by the client. This includes but is not limited to company name and address information as well as homepage content. The amount of this information is to be decided upon by a WebAgencies.com support representative. One-on-One tutorials of the system are available upon request.

DISCLAIMER:
* Template groups are chosen upon signing of contract. Additional templates may be provided upon request. Applicable charges may apply.
** All contracts include applicable early-termination fees in the event the contract is cancelled prior to the end of the contract.
*** Setup fees are non-refundable, but may be applied towards setup fees incurred for upscaling an account. 2-year contract can be waived upon payment of years service in advance. (Years service pre-pay also qualify’s for free month of hosting. One year price is $275.00, or $550.00 for two year contract fulfillment). Early Termination requires payment of remaining balance in full.

CANCELLATION NOTICE:
** All cancellations for clients NOT under a contract require thirty (30) days notice. In the event notice is not given, the client will be charged the applicable fee for the additional 30 days of service persuant with the contract they are cancelling.
